In Bharat (India), there are many temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Some are ancient, like the 12 Jyotirlingas, which are located in different ancient cities, and some are new.
But did you know that in the Bundi district of Rajasthan state in India, there is a place where all 12 Jyotirlingas are present together?
Spread across a vast area, "Shri Kanchan Dham" is an incredibly magnificent and extraordinary temple complex, housing all twelve Jyotirlingas, making it a grand and divine pilgrimage site for the entire India.

At the entrance of this pilgrimage site, there is a massive gateway. On either side of the gateway, there are statues of two elephants. Upon entering through the gateway, we will encounter a vast and beautiful courtyard adorned with greenery, showcasing the grandeur of the temple complex.

In the year 2007, when Sadgurudev Krishnadas Shri Kanchan Ji Maharaj, the living spiritual leader of Shri Govardhan Peeth, was alive, it was he who initiated the construction of this temple complex.
12 Jyotirlingas Installed According To Vedic Rituals
He ensured that the installation of the 12 Jyotirlingas was carried out according to Vedic rituals and traditions. It is believed that Kanchan Dham is a manifestation of the divine abode of Lord Shiva, resembling the divine realm of Shivaloka and Kailash. It is where Lord Shiva is believed to be directly present in the form of the twelve Jyotirlingas.
Nandi Maharaj
Lord Shiv, Goddess Parvati, and Lord Ganesh Idols in Temple
In the courtyard of this pilgrimage site, in front of the entrance gate, there is a statue of Lord Shiva's mount, Nandi Maharaj. Facing the statue of Nandi Maharaj, there is a temple where idols of Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati, and Lord Ganesha are installed. Surrounding this temple, there is an artificial pond created on all four sides.
12 Jyotirling Temples Around The Artificial Pond
Outside this artificial pond, 12 Jyotirlingas are installed in all four directions. The size of all these Jyotirlingas is uniform and massive. Each temple has appointed priests. Let's get to know these holy 12 Jyotirlingas.
The stones used in the construction of all these Jyotirlingas have been carved in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu.

In the courtyard of this sacred temple lies the samadhi (memorial shrine) of the revered Sadgurudev Shri Krishnadas Kanchan Ji Maharaj. Devotees come to pay their respects, offer flowers, and make donations at the samadhi.
